Emergency foil blankets, also known as space blankets, are commonly used by first aiders in the treatment of shock and hypothermia. The disposable heat-reflecting blankets are individually sealed in pocket sized poly bags. They are effective even in wet conditions and may be used in conjunction with traditional fabric blankets. The foil blankets are made from Kelvalite, an ultra-insulating material constructed from polyester film with a vaporised metallic coating on both sides, it reflects radiated heat back to the user.

Microporous Tape is used to hold wound dressings and bandages in place. It is made from a non woven multipurpose paper tape with low allergy adhesive and is easily tearable. Can be used for securing dressings, needles, tubes etc. Small enough for your first aid kit
Zinc oxide tape is a thin woven cloth rigid tape with adhesive on one side, Zinc Oxide tape is commonly used by athletes to prevent injuries, protect wounds and help speed up healing time. It is most commonly applied to joints, for example; wrists, knees and ankles. Taping using Zinc Oxide can also be used to support muscles by stabilising the injured ligaments surrounding the muscle. Another use for zinc oxide tape is applying it to areas prone to rubbing to prevent blisters & calluses.
